Delete Your Account
Permanently delete your AskDealia account and associated data.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- ● Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, and any other profile details)
- ● Your grocery list
- ● Your saved promotions
- ● Your AskDealia chat history
What is retained
Your personal profile is anonymized and removed. Anonymous, non-identifying records (such as aggregated search activity with your identity stripped out) may be retained for analytics and for as long as required by law. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you would need to create a new account to use AskDealia again.
How to delete your account
You can request deletion in any of these ways:
- ● In the AskDealia app: open the app, go to More → Delete Account, and confirm.
- ● On this page: log in, then return to this page and use the "Delete my account" button.
- ● By email: email [email protected] from (or including) the email address registered to your account, and ask us to delete your account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.
