Secures hose bibbs on rental homes and apartments, condos, and vacation homes The fitting assembly screws securely onto the end of any standard garden hose bibb, yard hydrant, or vacuum breaker. The cover is placed over the fitting assembly, and locked with any included padlock. Cover and padlock spin freely around fitting assembly and makes it impossible to remove. Water won’t flow if the handle is turned to the full open position because the Hose Bibb Lock creates a watertight seal when secure
