Taste Profile: Brilliant cherry pink with coppery glints with fine and rather persistent bubbles. Delicate attack, bringing fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry jelly and rose water to the nose, together with aromatic hints of sage and oregano. On the palate it is soft but still offers freshness and flavour, present but well integrated. Rather persistent on nuances reminiscent of the nose.
