Very deep purple-black coloured, the 2019 L'Enclos has a classic nose of warm black plums, baked blackberries and black cherry preserves with hints of cedar chest, clove oil, liquorice, and smoked meats with just a touch of fragrant earth. The full-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated black fruits with a firm, ambitious backbone of ripe, rounded tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and earthy. A powerful Pomerol wine indeed. Varietal Composition: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbe
