An elegant Chardonnay matured in French oak creating gold highlights to its colour. On the nose are lush aromas of ripe peaches, mango, and passion fruit, while in the mouth the flavours are balanced with fresh acidity and lush fruit along with vanilla notes. We have here a wine with a long, silky, elegant finish. Excellent with fish, paella and turkey but also with gratinated oysters, seafood salads, turkey meat, chicken and salads with cream dressing or fine cream cheese.
