Once harvested from the dark and white soils of Anjou, the grapes for this Rosé d’Anjou are pressed directly in order to obtain its delicate colour. The wine is then vinified in a thermo-regulated stainless-steel vat at a low temperature to keep all the freshness of the wine and enhanced its fruitiness.
