Crimson red in colour with glints of garnet. An open nose, developing subtle aromas of cooked fruit and hazelnuts. Smooth and intense on the palate. Tannins are molten and flavourful. Superb balance and an excellent finish. Will work beautifully with Fine charcuterie, poultry dishes, veal, grilled red meat and other meat based international cuisine.
