A penetrating sealer with specially selected solvents to assist penetration into unstable surfaces and provide a tough, durable finish on chalky masonry surfaces and wood, to provide sound adhesion for topcoats. Berger Penetrating Liquid is made for both interior and exterior use and will bind loose and powdery materials prior to the application of emulsion paint on wood and other surfaces which are not alkaline. Coverage: 6.8 sq. metres per litre
