Sedgwick's Old Brown is made in the Spanish Oloroso Sherry style and was launched in 1916 making it South Africa's first and Original Old Brown Sherry style fortified wine. It is sweet on the palate, with just a hint of spice and a warm, nutty presence. Old Brown has gained cult status amongst many South Africans old and young.
