Rich and complex aroma of vanilla, coffee beans, dark chocolate and coconut. This rum which is infused with natural spices like vanilla from Madagascar and ginger from Jamaica, exhibits flavours similar to those of the aromas and added to this, there is a smoothness that carries through to the finish. Canerock is aged up to three years in ex-bourbon casks in Jamaica with a part of the rum being finished in Sherry PX casks.
