Taste Profile: Dark ruby red in colour with aromas of spices, red berries and delicate oak. On the palate, this Cote-Rotie is round with soft tannins, aromas of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. There is a great balance between acidity and tannins which adds ageing potential. Grape: 96% Syrah and 4% Viognier Serving Tips: This wine should be served at 16°C to 18°C. Pair with game, red meats or cheese.
