Oaky aromas combined with black cherries and smoky coffee are enhanced further by rich sweet fruit with rich, spicy incense aromas. Rich and complex: licorice, chocolate. In the mouth it is powerful with tannins still present and hints of fresh fruit notes like black cherry lingering in the background. Alive. Excellent persistence. A Classic Bordeaux to be enjoyed with red meats, grilled or with sauce, poultry and cheeses that are not very strong.
