Chef Sanisha Worrell presents Bajan Flare at Rascals Barbados (Brandon's Beach) as part of the Barbados Food & Rum Festival, running October 19th to November 1st, 12 noon to 6:00 PM. Prix fixe menu: $75 BDS for three courses or $60 BDS for two courses, with a complimentary Mount Gay Bridgetown Sour. Menu features Bajan starters (Granny's Bajan chicken soup, fish cakes, local crisps, grilled sea cat & pickled breadfruit), mains (seared or fried local fish, Bajan herb-roasted chicken, black belly lamb stew) and desserts (rum-punch infused fruits, Mount Gay bread & butter pudding).
